Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to ensure equipment and facility systems operate safely and reliably. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs across conveyors, automation, robotics, and related systems.

The role involves documenting work in CMMS, testing equipment, and supporting facility projects. Travel up to 10% may be required; a high school diploma with mechanical experience is preferred, with opportunities to advance

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification / Licensure: None
• Work Experience: 3 year of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment; Basic skill level in Microsoft Excel; Experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems
• Willing to travel at least/up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
• Physical Abilities: Move/lift up to 50 lbs; occasional up to 75 lbs; stand 8–12 hours; climb ladders; operate material handling equipment; follow safety procedures (LO/TO, Arc Flash); overtime possible

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and escalate to leadership or senior technicians as needed
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain accurate operating logs for critical systems
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events
• Assist with facility/building projects and basic carpentry/plumbing tasks
• Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation
