Medline Industries, LP is a leading healthcare company and seeks a Maintenance Technician I to keep conveyors, automation, robotics and related systems safe, reliable, and ready for operation. The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and various facility projects with a focus on quality and accuracy.

You will perform routine inspections, assist senior technicians, and help maintain operation logs for critical equipment, while learning new skills and ensuring safety

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification / Licensure: None.
• Work Experience: 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Machinery understanding, Excel, PLC logic troubleshooting, travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for tested systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and support facility/projects as assigned.
• Assemble and test equipment; analyze production delays and take corrective actions.
