Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment to keep our facility and operations safe, reliable, and ready to perform.

The role involves preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and documenting all work in CMMS and logs for critical systems. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience, with the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair/maintenance.
• Associates degree preferred in mechatronics or related field.
• Experience using CMMS and documenting work.
• Willing to travel up to 10% (within state and out of state).

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and escalate when needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for critical systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics in two-person tasks and project work.
• Assemble and test equipment and verify correct operation.
