Job summary

Medline is seeking a Maintenance Tech I in Oklahoma City to perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation and robotics. You will troubleshoot, document work in CMMS, and assist with facility projects while ensuring safety and uptime.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in related maintenance, a High School diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Excel and CMMS. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
• Basic proficiency with Excel and CMMS software.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain logs for pumps, HVAC and other facility systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and participate in facility projects.
• Assemble and test equipment to verify operation.
• Record production delays and implement corrective actions.
