Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep conveyors, automation, robotics, and related systems safe and reliable. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, testing, and CMMS documentation across multiple facility systems, while supporting various facility projects.

The role requires 3 years of experience with similar equipment, basic Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (within state and out of state).
• Physical ability to move, lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75 lbs.
• Stand 8–12 hours, up to 6 days a week.
• Willing to learn new equipment as it is brought online.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain accurate logs for critical systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and participate in facility projects.
• Assemble and test equipment to verify operation; analyze production delays.
