Job summary

Medline is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, and repair conveyors, automation and robotics equipment under limited supervision. You will troubleshoot, document in CMMS, and perform root-cause analysis to minimize downtime across production lines.

Required are a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience, with preferred associates in Mechatronics or related fields. The role involves lifting up to 75 lbs, travel up to 10%, and standing for long shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Excel and other computer software packages.
• Experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment, escalate to leadership when needed, and document issues.
• Record work in CMMS and maintain logs for critical facility systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis of major downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with two-person tasks or special projects as required.
• Assemble and test equipment, analyze production delays and verify corrective actions.
