Job summary

StoryPoint of Naperville is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role with a daytime shift (8am–4pm). You will perform general maintenance and repairs in a senior living community, across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting tasks while ensuring safety and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; or related experience or training.
• Proficient in apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, and appliance repair; drywall repairs and painting are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions; ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and solve problems with several concrete variables.
• Positive attitude and good service orientation while working hard.
