Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Eastview community in Gillette, Wyoming. This full-time on-site role handles general grounds upkeep and basic repairs for homes owned by the community, with a 40-hour work week.

You will perform maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and liaise with residents and the Community Manager. Candidates should have 2+ years’ maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
Valid operator’s license and good driving record required.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
May need to provide own tools.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager promptly.
Promote cordial, cooperative interactions with residents and staff.
Identify deficiencies and take corrective action with approval.
Maintain grounds: mow, weed, mulch, trim shrubs and hedges, and seasonal tasks.
Maintain and inventory maintenance equipment and supplies.
