Mountain View Apartments in Gillette, WY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform comprehensive maintenance and repair across the residential property, including interior and exterior grounds and equipment. You will execute preventive maintenance, complete work orders promptly, respond to after-hours emergencies, and ensure a clean, safe, cost-conscious operation in line with CSM standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPO, HVAC, EPA certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on units, common areas and equipment.
• Complete work orders and turnover maintenance promptly.
• Maintain shop and property cleanliness and safety.
• Respond to emergency after-hours calls as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and cost controls.
