Job summary

RHP Properties in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Saddleback Creek, Saddleback Village and Saddleback RV communities. This full-time role involves general grounds upkeep and basic home repairs, averaging 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Snow removal may be required seasonally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Promote courtesy and attentiveness in interactions with residents and visitors.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds: weed control, leaves, planting, mulching, trimming, and general lawn care.
• Remove garbage on grounds and sites; assist with bulk item pickups as needed.
• Operate snow removal equipment as applicable.
• Inventory maintenance and grounds equipment and supplies; inform management of needs.
