Qualifications

• Valid operator's license and good driving record.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 75 pounds and work in various spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds and perform lawn care activities.
• Handle garbage and cleaning to keep areas tidy and safe.
• Assist in refurbishing community-owned homes and basic repairs.
