Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Eastview community in Gillette, Wyoming. You will perform general grounds and lawn maintenance, conduct basic home repairs, and handle snow removal as part of a 40-hour work week.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager, prioritize safety, and maintain tools and equipment. A minimum of 2 years in maintenance and a valid driver’s license are preferred, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote goodwill by handling all contacts with residents, prospective residents, visitors and other employees in a courteous, cooperative and attentive manner.
• Identify deficiencies and take immediate action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds: manicured lawns, weed control, leaves, mulch, shrubs and trees.
