Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Sundown community in Clearfield, Utah. The role involves general grounds and lawn care, plus basic repairs to homes owned by the community, supporting a clean, safe living environment for residents.

You will handle work orders, assist with on-call duties, and maintain tools and equipment. A minimum of two years' maintenance experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and community areas in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain grounds appearances; weed control, lawn care, plant shrubs and mulch.
• Perform seasonal maintenance and snow removal; assist with refurbishments.
