Job summary

RHP Properties in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general grounds and lawn maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes owned by the community at City View.

The role is 40 hours per week, on-site, with duties including completing work orders, maintaining lawns, handling resident contacts with courtesy, and assisting in refurbishing community-owned homes. A minimum of 2 years maintenance experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager promptly.
• Maintain community grounds, lawns, and plantings; perform weed control and seasonal tasks.
• Perform basic repairs to homes owned by the community.
• Operate maintenance equipment safely and report needs.
• Assist in refurbishing Community Owned homes and maintenance of water/sewer lines.
