Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician for Creekside Manufactured Homes in Lewisville, Texas. You will perform grounds upkeep and basic repairs on homes owned by the community, working full-time at 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining clean common areas, and assisting with snow removal as needed. Candidates should have maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager timely and efficiently.
• Promote goodwill by handling contacts with residents, prospective residents, visitors and other employees with courtesy.
• Use established procedures to identify deficiencies and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds: weeds, leaves, plants, mulch, shrubs; trim as needed.
• Remove garbage on grounds and from resident sites to maintain appearance.
• Perform snow removal as applicable.
• Advise on waste disposal and bulk item pickups; maintain inventories of tools and supplies.
• Maintain maintenance and grounds equipment for cleanliness and readiness.
• Comply with health and safety laws to reduce accidents.
• Remain available for on-call duties; participate in refurbishing Community Owned homes.
