RHP Properties in Belton, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Springdale Lake community. The role involves general grounds work, basic home repairs, and completing work orders to keep homes and common areas in good condition.

Responsibilities include communicating with residents, performing lawn care, snow removal, and maintaining tools and equipment. A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep homes and community areas in good condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Interact with residents and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Identify deficiencies and take corrective action with manager approval.
• Maintain grounds, perform seasonal outdoor tasks and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain and inventory maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
