Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Canyon Ridge community in Colorado Springs, CO to perform general grounds and basic repairs.

This full-time role runs 40 hours per week and requires 2 years of maintenance experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include completing assigned work orders, maintaining grounds, performing snow removal, and ensuring the proper maintenance of community homes and facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and community areas in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Perform lawn care and grounds maintenance; snow removal as needed.
• Assist with refurbishing community-owned homes and repairs.
• Identify safety hazards and comply with health and safety laws.
