RHP Properties, Creekside Manufactured Home Community in Lewisville, TX, is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily administration, operations, and personnel. You will manage rent collections, enforce leases, hire and train on-site staff, and ensure a safe, well-maintained community environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of property management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Outlook) and property software.
• Valid Operator's license and high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collection of rentals, late fees, and deposits.
• Pursue delinquent rents and handle evictions per laws.
• Hire, train, motivate and supervise onsite staff.
• Administer discipline with proper documentation.
• Inspect grounds and homes to maintain a presentable community.
• Oversee maintenance tasks via Work Order system.
• Process invoices and manage petty cash/expenses.
• Maintain employee files, timesheets, and records.
• Analyze reports and address issues or errors.
• Coordinate safety measures and conduct after-hours support as needed.
• Develop relationships with residents and respond to needs.
• Coordinate advertising, promotions, and home presentations.
