Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Portland Embassy Suites in Portland, OR is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, document work orders, and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

You will help maintain pool systems, assist with landscaping, and support guest rooms; the role requires lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally. Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

Compensation Range : $23.00 to $24.15
