Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician in Lancaster, PA to perform building maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and related trades. You will follow preventive maintenance programs, read blueprints, operate building automation systems and respond to service requests with safety as a priority.

We value a flexible team player who can work on-call, lift up to 50 pounds, and use CMMS to submit work orders.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of maintenance trades: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willing to work occasional on-call shifts
• Strong teamwork, work ethic, and communication skills
• Computer proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment
• Responds to service requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other maintenance items
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation and condition of buildings
• Operates plant equipment and building automation systems
• Reads blueprints and repair manuals to determine work to be performed
• Maintains a clean and safe workplace following safety procedures
