Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician to perform broad maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and related building systems. The role involves troubleshooting, routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.

The position may require on-call shifts and driving to job sites. A strong team player with reliable communication and physical stamina is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of building repairs/maintenance preferred.
• General knowledge of electrical/HVAC/plumbing/carpentry and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Responds to service requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry items.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machines and buildings.
• Work with blueprints, plans, and manuals to determine needed resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and follow safety procedures.
