Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician to perform routine maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and related building systems. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and completing repairs, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will follow preventive maintenance programs, read blueprints, operate building automation systems, and support on-call duties. The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• General repairs and maintenance across electrical/HVAC/plumbing/carpentry.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Willing to work occasional on-call shifts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable team player with a solid work ethic.
• Proficient with computers and CMMS systems.
• Valid driver's license in-state.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred.
• Skilled Trade Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
• Respond to service requests including electrical, wiring, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Follow established safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
• Read blueprints/plans to determine work and resources.
• Operate building automation systems and maintain tools/inventory.
• Provide on-call support as needed and train junior technicians.
• Enter work orders into the CMMS system.
