Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician to provide general maintenance to facilities and building systems. You will perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and other routine maintenance to ensure facilities operate smoothly and safely.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. You may log work orders in CMMS and assist in mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in building repairs and maintenance preferred.
• General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Responds to service requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance to keep systems operating smoothly.
• Operates plant equipment and building automation systems.
• Maintains a clean, safe workplace and follows safety procedures.
