Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment ensuring reliable heating and hot water. The role supports the Site Manager, performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnover tasks across residential properties.

Requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, driving to sites, and clear communication in English. The position includes benefits and a hands-on, multi-site workload.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to operate and maintain heating and hot water systems.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas.
• Turn over units after vacancies, including furniture removal as needed.
• Report health, safety, and property issues to the Site Manager.
• Inspect buildings and grounds, and document deficiencies with the Site Manager.
• Provide cleaning and housekeeping duties for common areas and laundry rooms.
