Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating and hot water systems, ensuring safe, efficient climate control across properties. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance under the Site Manager’s direction and coordinate daily tasks to support resident services.

You will also handle unit turnovers, housekeeping in public areas, and routine grounds maintenance to keep buildings in good condition and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable for site errands.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas.
• Turn over units by moving furniture and cleaning as needed.
• Report health, safety, or maintenance issues to the Site Manager.
• Inspect buildings and grounds regularly and note deficiencies.
