Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating and hot water systems, ensuring safe, efficient building operation across our properties. You will work under the Site Manager and coordinate daily activities to support property operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, unit turnovers, and reporting health or safety concerns. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners and related equipment for safe operation.
• Ensure continuous hot water service and inspect control equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment lubrication as needed.
• Turn over units upon vacancy and perform repairs in apartments.
• Report health or safety issues to the Site Manager promptly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building heat/AC systems and related equipment.
• Turn over vacated units with required cleaning and repairs.
• Keep work orders up to date and coordinate with Site Manager.
• Perform exterior maintenance: landscaping, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Respond to emergencies such as floods or weather-related issues.
