Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech in the Greater Green Bay area. The role focuses on electro-mechanical troubleshooting, AC/DC drive systems, and PLC fault tracing within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

The position requires 4+ years of hands-on experience or an Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, with a strict, rotating 12-hour schedule and a monthly six-day block-off. Occasional regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Automated Systems OR 4+ years of hands-on industrial machinery breakdown experience.
• Maximum of 2 employers in the past 5 years.
• US work authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Residence within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI area.
• Occasional regional training travel (~2 days every other month).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair faults in AC/DC drives and motor systems.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; clear line stoppages quickly.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to guide overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventive maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for advanced technical training or regional goals.
