SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a state-of-the-art Greater Green Bay facility. The role covers electro-mechanical troubleshooting, AC/DC drives, and PLC logic, with a 12-hour rotating shift and a guaranteed six consecutive days off each month.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints, and travel regionally for training about twice a month.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems or 4+ years of hands-on industrial machinery experience.
• Practical, hands-on field depth identifying/repairing faults in AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Rock-solid career record with a maximum of 2 employers in the last 5 years.
• Willingness to work a structured 12-hour rotating schedule and weekend coverage.
• Residence within daily 45-minute driving radius of Greater Green Bay, WI.
• US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.

Responsabilidades

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs across automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and resolve faults in power controls.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; clear line stoppages quickly.
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and ladder diagrams.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional training seminars and goals.
