Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to drive shift performance, coach a team of associates, and ensure world-class manufacturing practices. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and throughput while fostering a one-team culture across departments.

The position requires 4–6 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, an HS diploma or GED, and strong MS Office skills. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and computer skills
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities
