Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• HS Diploma/GED required; College Degree (or some college) preferred.
• Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring product, equipment, and processes meet world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Foster a culture of associate engagement by respecting, including, and empowering all associates.
• Lead and coach team members to achieve throughput and on-time, in-full shipping.
• Identify issues, assign corrective actions, and follow up with department leaders as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to solve issues and keep production on schedule.
