Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Team Leader to drive shift execution, coach and develop associates, and ensure product quality and safety. You will lead efforts across departments to meet production schedules and KPI targets, while promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

The role requires 4–6 years in production, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in production, preferably in food processing or fast-paced manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Kronos knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring product, equipment and processes meet world-class standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Foster a culture of associate engagement and empowerment.
• Lead and coach teams to achieve throughput and on-time shipping.
• Identify issues, assign actions, and escalate as needed to department leaders.
• Ensure cost efficiency by reducing waste and downtime; manage staff scheduling.
