Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• HS Diploma/GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across product, equipment, and processes.
• Foster associate engagement through inclusion and empowerment.
• Uphold E5 Leadership Behaviors and coach the team for ownership and accountability.
• Identify issues, assign actions, and escalate as needed.
• Develop that independent problem‑solving mindset on the team.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules.
• Set priorities for the upcoming shift and communicate with cross‑functional partners.
• Deliver on KPIs for people, quality, safety, service and cost.
• Provide onboarding, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with policies and regulations.
