Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to drive world-class manufacturing performance across shifts. The role focuses on coaching teams, upholding quality, safety, and throughput while delivering on the Operations Excellence Playbook.

You'll lead a team of associates, set priorities, monitor KPIs for production, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a high-volume bakery environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop teams
• Proficient with MS Office and related systems; ability to read and follow procedures

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring all aspects of the shift meet world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety
• Foster a culture of associate engagement by respecting, including, and empowering all associates
• Uphold and promote Leadership Behaviors and drive ownership and accountability across the team
• Identify issues, assign actions, and escalate to leaders as needed
• Coach Associates toward independent problem-solving to achieve world-class standards
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure production is on schedule and efficient
