Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide shift operations, drive safety and quality, and develop a high-performance team. You will coach associates, manage production schedules, and collaborate across departments to meet throughputs and on-time shipping.

The role requires 4–6 years in production, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. High School diploma required; KRONOS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years of experience in production, preferably in a food processing environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• KRONOS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring all aspects of the shift meet world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Foster a culture of associate engagement by respecting and empowering all associates.
• Uphold and promote Leadership Behaviors and drive safety and operational excellence.
• Identify issues, assign actions, and follow up to ensure completion; escalate as needed.
• Coach associates toward a problem-solving mindset and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead the team to meet production schedules and KPI targets for throughput and on-time shipping.
• Develop talent through onboarding, training, and ongoing feedback.
