Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of production experience.
• Experience in food processing/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring product, equipment, and processes meet world-class standards.
• Coach and develop Associates to enhance performance and safety.
• Uphold E5 Leadership Behaviors and drive engagement across shifts.
• Lead cross-department collaboration to meet production schedules.
