Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience
• Demonstrated leadership in a highly collaborative environment
• Experience reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and mechanical/electrical systems
• Experience with data analysis systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Manufacturing Analytics, MQIS)

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and engagement-based technical leadership to improve plant results
• Direct maintenance mechanics and capability specialists
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize team effectiveness
• Set clear priorities and goals to deliver platform priorities
• Manage maintenance foundational systems and defect handling processes
• Coordinate with MP&S to prioritize planning, scheduling, and work assignments
• Oversee maintenance budgets and reliability costs
• Lead daily to quarterly DDS meetings and monitor performance metrics
• Ensure effective maintenance shutdown execution
• Demonstrate problem-solving and data-driven decision making
• Maintain skills matrix and track employee progress
