Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or frontline leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a collaborative environment.
• Experience reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of unit operations and machinery.
• Strong communication across teams.
• Foundational data-analysis knowledge (SAP, Maximo, MQIS).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety.
• Direct maintenance personnel, onboarding, and performance.
• Develop 90 Day action plans and drive DSU initiatives.
• Lead DDS meetings and monitor maintenance metrics.
• Oversee maintenance foundational systems and defect handling.
• Maintain training matrices and diagnose root causes.
