• Own DSU and DDS processes; track defects, breakdowns, and PMs.
• Maintain and improve Maximo data integrity and schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, shutdowns, and budget adherence.
• Apply root-cause analysis to eliminate losses and improve uptime.
