• Lead safety through Safety 2.0 principles and establish a culture of safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize shift team effectiveness.
• Provide clear priorities and goals to deliver platform priorities.
• Foster a positive team environment and maintain dedicated floor time.
• Coach and develop the shift team for sustainable performance.
• Ensure execution of the platform improvement plan and process health.
