Job summary

This first-shift role (7 a.m.–3 p.m.) focuses on developing maintenance capability, coordinating staffing, and delivering platform results within a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a highly collaborative environment.
• Success driving results through process discipline and teamwork.
• Proven success reducing losses and improving performance in a manufacturing setting.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis and maintenance systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, MQIS).

Responsibilities

• Lead Human and Food Safety.
• Manage and direct the work of maintenance mechanics and staffing.
• Oversee shift staffing and timekeeping.
• Develop strategies to maximize team effectiveness and engagement.
• Own maintenance systems and defect handling processes.
• Monitor DDS meetings and maintain performance metrics.
