Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.

• Proven success reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing.
• Technical capability and knowledge of unit operations and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and food safety initiatives to protect people and products.
• Direct maintenance mechanics including staffing, performance management and onboarding.
• Drive DDS (Daily Direction Setting) meetings and ensure accurate performance metrics.
• Oversee maintenance foundational systems and defect handling processes.
• Manage maintenance budget and plan/reliability costs for lines/platforms.
• Maintain strong knowledge of production processes and problem-solving tools.
