Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
2+ years of manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
Proven success reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing.
Technical capability and knowledge of unit operations and machinery.

Responsibilities

Lead safety and food safety initiatives to protect people and products.
Direct maintenance mechanics including staffing, performance management and onboarding.
Drive DDS (Daily Direction Setting) meetings and ensure accurate performance metrics.
Oversee maintenance foundational systems and defect handling processes.
Manage maintenance budget and plan/reliability costs for lines/platforms.
Maintain strong knowledge of production processes and problem-solving tools.
