Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and cultivate a safety culture on the line.
• Direct maintenance mechanics and staffing, performance management and onboarding.
• Drive DSU and DDS processes with accurate metrics and action plans.
• Accountable for maintenance systems, DH and BE processes, and budgets.
• Coordinate with MP&S to prioritize planning, scheduling, and work assignments.
