Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or frontline leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration in a manufacturing setting.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, MQIS).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and human/food safety culture initiatives.
• Direct and develop maintenance mechanics and specialists.
• Own maintenance processes and schedules to improve reliability.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
