Job summary

JLL in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safety, schedule, and daily operations of the facility. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate with contractors, and ensure reliable plant performance.

Responsibilities include managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, tracking KPIs, budgets, and vendor relations, while maintaining a client-focused approach and safe work environment. This on-site role requires flexibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: budgets and vendors management, CMMS programs, project management, ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Model safety standards and maintains an environment focused on safety.
• Leads, trains, and supports maintenance team members to develop skills and expand capabilities.
• Develops solutions, manages outside contractors, and responds to emergencies.
• Supports multi-site production with a safe, customer-focused approach.
• Tracks KPIs and labor; schedules and completes tickets.
• Oversees building cleanliness and inventory tracking; conducts audits.
• Implements preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Maintains client relationships with operational stakeholders; participates in budgeting and cost analysis.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
