Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at a multifamily community in Florida. You will manage staff, coordinate service requests, ensure safety standards, and maintain property condition while upholding budgetary guidelines.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication with residents and management, and the ability to respond promptly to emergencies and inspections.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance Management
• Regular onsite attendance required
• Coordinate, schedule and respond to resident and management work orders
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Maintain organized maintenance shop per safety/OSHA rules
• Maintain hazard communications program and safety training
• Participate in unit inspections as requested
• Responsible for essential control of community
• Maintain records on service requests and compliance
• Assist with upkeep and cleaning of offices and common areas
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community
• Plan and utilize resources economically; obtain bids
• Give direction to and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehab activities
• Under Community Manager, supervise and train maintenance staff
• Check progress of maintenance staff daily; provide guidance
