Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Gainesville to lead maintenance operations across communities, handling service requests and coordinating with the Community Manager to ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. This role emphasizes hands-on management, vendor coordination, and a focus on preventive maintenance.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, EPA/CPO certification, OSHA/Fair Housing knowledge, and strong on-site software skills to support operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
