Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience.

• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team and coordinate with robotics and controls staff.
• Model safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop solutions, manage outside contractors, and handle on-call emergencies.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and serve as client contact during shifts.
• Plan and track tickets, budgets, and equipment needs.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
• Promote good housekeeping and ensure inventory accuracy.
