Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Brookshire, TX is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance mechanics and coordinate with robotics and controls technicians to maintain a safe, productive facility.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage tickets and inventory, partner with EHS, monitor KPIs, and contribute to budgets and cost analysis while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
• Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onsite EHS to ensure safety standards are met.
• Meeting operational KPIs, including labor tracking.
• Ownership of scheduling and tracking completion of tickets.
• Oversight of building cleanliness.
• Ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
• Performing daily and weekly audits for cleanliness and work orders.
• Implementing preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Maintaining a client-centric relationship with stakeholders.
• Participating in budgets development and tracking.
• Assistance in project planning and cost analysis.
• Provide feedback and performance appraisals to team members.
• Promotes good housekeeping and safety culture.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
