Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance, training staff, and ensuring KPIs are met across sites. The candidate should have leadership experience and the ability to work on-call, with a focus on client satisfaction and safety compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team and train members as needed.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and daily maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with EHS to ensure safety standards are met.
• Track operational KPIs and labor for reporting.
• Schedule and close out maintenance tickets; manage inventory.
• Travel to support network needs and assist multi-site operations.
