CWS is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Director to lead our on-site maintenance team across apartment communities in Austin, TX. The role blends hands-on maintenance with strong leadership to ensure timely service requests and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating make-readies, inventory control, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. You will interact with residents, vendors, and leadership while upholding CWS values.

Competenze

• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• 1–2 years full-time apartment maintenance experience or related trade.
• Yardi software experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with leading maintenance team and supervise daily tasks.
• Prepare make-ready apartments and ensure timely turnover.
• Complete service requests and maintain property upkeep.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Perform common area maintenance and participate in preventative maintenance.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs and safety initiatives.
• Communicate with residents, customers, vendors, and leadership.
• Support risk management and safety programs.
